Splendour Meditation

Dru Meditation takes you by the hand and nurtures you to stillness.
Gentle stretching, relaxation and guided meditation; this course is designed for practitioners with some experience in meditative practices.

 Monday 7.30-9.00pm

This class will begin as soon as we find a venue, most likely in Civic.
Cost: $80 for four classes, $25 casual

Growing Old, Living Dangerously

Upside-down Dru.
Therapeutic yoga that begins with a relaxation, then gently moving out of relaxation, ending with standing and/or sitting postures. Very effective for pain relief, chronic stress and/or chronic illness and fatigue.

Meditation for Carers

Gentle stretches, relaxation and guided meditation, designed to serve people who care for members of their family.

 Tuesday 12.00 - 1.30pm

Yoga for Mental Health

Gentle yoga for people recovering from or experiencing mild mental illness

 Tuesday 2:30 - 3:30pm

I like my Dru Yoga with Lynette – it’s beneficial fun.  The gentle pace benefits much of my body and breathing, and my attitude.  The gentle stretching has relieved years of muscular back pain that no other method could. I now stand taller, breathe more freely, and am more agile.  The Dru Yoga techniques are purposeful, easy, and at one’s pace.  It’s good to do.
